Day 17

"Day 17. Votu. Meeting in the evening."

And still more . . .

"Rio! Let’s go to the beach to watch the sunrise on the sea!" Well we didn't quite manage that, but we did do everything else. Rio is an amazing city. This was one of the hottest days of the holiday and yet we still had loads of energy - we were just so excited to be here.

And yet more . . .

Well, this time last year we were swimming in the sea off the coast of Angra. I recall that it was a glorious morning, the sea was lovely and warm, the surroundings very unique. I had my goggles with me so I was able to get some good sub-aqua time in! :)

Actually it was one of my favourite days in all – swimming, reading, drinking, eating, great company, bright sunshine and the prospect of many more days in Brazil.

I think it's time for Fame remake, I know there is a musical and stuff, but I'm talking about a proper new TV series set in New York City High School for the Performing Arts! I want Leroy Johnson back as a teacher and lets have Coco Hernandez as the principal. Ah it would be great . . . good times, good times . . . ;0)
